the breakfast arrangement felt inconvenient i had to pre-order the night before and it was delivered to the room. i missed having a buffet breakfast in a dining room. also the room had a view of old buildings not very appealing

the clerk aided us in locating a cheap parking space near the hotel entrance, despite zagreb's challenging navigation.. it was certainly very convenient. the hotel had excellent communication before arrival and even arranged a taxi directly from the airport. i appreciated the pre-check-in process, it was seamless.

the room had modern decor and comfortable furnishings with very comfy beds, a large bathroom featured two sinks. i appreciated this thoughtful design, as it allowed for more efficient use of space and added convenience, particularly for couples.

the staff was very helpful, polite, and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. one staff member (i think named mia) greeted me, and all personnel were equally helpful and assisted me with every request i made.

The reception staff was helpful. They readily arranged airport transfers! The room offered good air conditioning and also included a great spa-like shower.
